Return Policy


At Artree Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your t-shirt, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at and provide your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.


Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the checkout process. If the original payment method is not available, store credit may be provided.

Return Shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error made by the store. In such cases, the store may provide a prepaid shipping label.

Non-Refundable Items.

Certain items may be non-refundable, such as customized or personalized t-shirts unless there is a defect in the product. Additionally, items purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discounts may be eligible for exchange only.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the store will process the refund or exchange within a specified period (e.g., 5-7 business days).

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may request photos or other evidence to assess the issue and may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
